Refunds & cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us at support@bluewatercruising.com. We go by the date we receive your written request, measured against the first day of the Summit (January 6, 2027):

- Refunds are calculated on the full amount you paid.
- The Sunday sailing adventure and the kids program are add-ons that are part of your ticket price, so they follow the same schedule as your ticket.
Transfers & name changes
You may transfer your ticket to another person free of charge up to 30 days before the Summit. Email support@bluewatercruising.com with the new attendee's details and we will take care of the rest.
If we cancel or reschedule
- If we cancel the Summit, you receive a full refund of your ticket and any add-ons.
- If we reschedule, your ticket carries over to the new dates, and a full refund is available if the new dates don't work for you.
- We are not responsible for your travel or lodging costs. We recommend booking refundable travel and purchasing travel insurance (see below).
The Sunday sailing adventure
The Sunday sailing adventure is a complimentary, optional activity included with the Summit at no additional charge. It is offered first come, first served, with limited space set by how many each boat can safely carry, and is subject to safety limits and crew instructions. There are even fewer spots for children than for adults, so add it to your registration early to secure a place. It is a recreational sail that departs from and returns to Key West; it is not a chartered trip and not transportation. The sail is open to guests ages 5 and up, and children must bring their own properly fitted life jacket.
Travel & ticket insurance
Because tickets are non-refundable within 30 days of the Summit, and we cannot reimburse travel or lodging, we strongly recommend purchasing travel and trip-cancellation insurance when you book your travel.
